WARNING!  -  If you are making a service payment from the state of OHIO do NOT enter OHIO as your state in the initial cart or it will charge you sales tax, and I'm sure you don't want that :).  You can enter the proper information afterwards though, I just don't want anyone to get overcharged.

For pre-pay services, please use the table below for the amount of hours you wish to prepay.

For services rendered, you should receive an invoice with weekly hours and total.  Please input this total into the above box.
